On February 1, 2011 the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California will begin participating in a project to make digital audio files of court proceedings available to the public through the Case Management Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. At the discretion of each presiding judge, some of the audio files will be made available on CM/ECF. For information on accessing these files, see the "What's New" column
