A Further Seminar in Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure

“Ask the Judge How To Do It”

Monday, October 27, 2008, at 4:00 P.M.
United States Bankruptcy Court
99 South E Street, Santa Rosa
This seminar is your chance to ask the Judge for detailed information on any aspect of bankruptcy
procedure. Want to know how to avoid a judgment lien? Strip off a junior deed of trust? Get a late claim
allowed? Obtain an injunction? Keep the automatic stay when there has been a previous filing? Reopen
a case to add an omitted creditor? File and serve an adversary proceeding? Get extra fees in a Chapter
13? You name it, the Judge will discuss it in detail including form of action, persons to be served, methods
of service, the need for a hearing, calendar concerns, etc. Issues of law will not be discussed to avoid
advisory opinions, but any procedural question is fair game. Bring your questions!
Attendance at this seminar is limited to attorneys, trustees and other bankruptcy professionals.
There is no charge for enrollment or materials. For reservations or further information email
Dawn_Passalacqua@canb.uscourts.gov (preferred) or call (707) 525-0386.
