My duties as chief judge will take me out of the district from August 2 through August 5 and August 15 through August 19. During these times, I will be available to sign orders but not hold hearings. If an emergency hearing is necessary while I am out, court staff will try to arrange it for you. Please call Dennis Bilecki at (707) 547-5925. Please note that most or all of the other judges in the district may be gone at the same times, so try to adjust your needs for hearings accordingly.

All orders which must be signed while I am gone should be uploaded through CM/ECF. I will assume that any order sent via email will wait for my return.
