As a precautionary measure, the Oakland Division Clerk's Office and Courtrooms will close at 12:00 p.m. If you must conduct business with the court that afternoon, please go to the San Francisco Division located at 235 Pine Street, 19th Floor in San Francisco. In the event the sentencing hearing is postponed, the Oakland Division will remain open.
