ORDER RE ASSIGNMENT OF CHAPTER 7 CASES

All chapter 7 cases currently assigned to the Honorable Thomas E. Carlson, except the following cases 04-33526 TEC, 11-32144 TEC and 11-33710 TEC, shall be reassigned to the Honorable Hannah L. Blumenstiel effective February 15, 2013.   All hearings scheduled for Judge Blumenstiel will be conducted in courtroom 23 and shall be noticed for that location.
