 ORDER RE ASSIGNMENT OF CASES

Hannah L. Blumenstiel has been appointed as a successor bankruptcy judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.The Honorable Hannah L. Blumenstiel shall be randomly assigned one‐half of all new bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings filed in the San Francisco Division effective February 13, 2013. All chapter 13 cases currently assigned to the Honorable Thomas E. Carlson shall be reassigned to the Honorable Hannah L. Blumenstiel effective February 13, 2013. All other bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings currently assigned to the Honorable Thomas E. Carlson will remain assigned to Judge Carlson unless reassigned pursuant to a subsequent order. All hearings scheduled for Judge Blumenstiel will be conducted in courtroom 23 and shall be noticed for that location. All hearings scheduled for Judge Carlson will be conducted in courtroom 24 and shall be noticed for that location.
