| The judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California, are pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2008-2009 Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program Panel. |
Instructions for Completing the Application to the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program Panel of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California |
- Attorney applicants must be a member in good standing of the Federal courts for the Northern District of California and have been a member in good standing of the Bar of any state or the District of Columbia for at least five (5) years.
- Bankruptcy attorneys must have served as the principal attorney of record in at least three bankruptcy cases, contested matters or adversary proceedings.
- Members of other professions must have analogous professional qualifications, experience and training.
- All applicants must have completed, or be willing to complete, substantive alternative dispute resolution training.

Applications should be submitted as soon as possible but must be received by July 18, 2007.
Applicants will be notified whether they have or have not been selected for the 2008-2009 Panel.
