Concurrent with changes in the national Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, revisions to the Bankruptcy Local Rules will become effective on December 1, 2009. A PDF version of the complete set of the new rules and a redline version, marked against the existing rules, are now available.
