The Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California recently approved a Standard-Form Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement for use in individual chapter 11 cases.  Judge Carlson, Judge Montali, and practitioner Iain Macdonald will discuss the fundamentals of the Standard-Form Plan and Disclosure Statement and will be available for questions regarding completion and use of the Standard-Form Plan and Disclosure Statement in the San Francisco Division.
