| There is nothing to fear in adversary proceedings. They are not much more complicated than
contested matters, and much wider relief can be obtained. This seminar will cover every aspect of
adversary proceedings, including what matters must be heard as adversary proceedings, principles
of notice pleading, drafting complaints, issuance of summons, service of process, TROs and
preliminary injunctions, drafting answers, scheduling conferences, pretrial disclosures, trial
preparation, drafting of judgments, renewal of judgments, and voluntary and involuntary dismissal. |
| Attendance at this seminar is limited to attorneys, trustees and other bankruptcy
