Welcome to the court's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing web page.
Mandatory electronic filing of all documents for all registered participants became effective on January 1, 2005.

The court currently offers several levels of access to the CM/ECF system depending on the types of documents you need to file.

CM/ECF attorney accounts are available to members of the California State Bar Association. To obtain an account, you may either attend one of our ECF classes or, if you already file electronically in another CM/ECF bankruptcy court, request a training waiver.

Please complete the registration form if you are interested in attending an ECF class.

Limited access accounts do not require attendance at a training class but participants are required to complete an online training exercise. Limited access logins are available for:

  • Individuals wishing to file claims and related claims events;

  • Resolution Advocates who would like to docket BDRP findings; and

  • Other specialized accounts.
