Attorney Training Waiver Form

Pursuant to § 4 of the Administrative Procedures for Electronic Case Filing, attorneys may request a waiver to court-sponsored CM/ECF training by submitting the following documents:

1. A letter of acknowledgment confirming that the attorney is a member of the bar and in good standing with the United States District Court for Northern District of California, has read the court's Amended Operating Order, Administrative Procedures for Electronic Case Filing and Chamber Copy Requirements and Division Procedures for ECF and, in the past six months, has successfully filed electronic documents with a bankruptcy court in another district.
2. Six Notices of Electronic Filing which were successfully filed with a CM/ECF bankruptcy court in another district; and
3. The Attorney ECF Registration Waiver form.

All documents must be submitted as a PDF. The court will not accept hard copies of the above documents. Please e-mail all documentation to: helpdesk@canb.uscourts.gov.
