Below are the minimum requirements of hardware and software needed to access all features of electronic filing. Please note, that the items listed below are merely recommendations. The court does not endorse a specific product or vendor therefore, the participant is free to purchase a similiar or comparable alternative.

One of the below listed computers - A pentium processor-based personal computer with at least 256 MB of RAM with 40 MB of available hard disk space.
- Macintosh with a 68020 processor or Power Macintosh, with 256 MB of available RAM and 40 MB of available hard disk space

| Scanner and scanner software, for conversion and transmission of documents not in electronic format | Internet browser, i.e., Firefox versions 2.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0. |
| | Software to convert documents from a word processor format to portable document format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat or a similar software is recommended. Acrobat versions 5.0 and above adequately meet the CM/ECF filing requirements. |
