CLERKSHIP APPLICATIONS:

Judge Blumenstiel will accept applications for a position as term law clerk from April 1, 2014 - June 1, 2014. Applications should include a short cover letter, current resume, 2-3 references and a recent writing sample of no more than 10 pages. Applications received prior to April 1, 2014 or after June 1, 2014 will not be considered. Judge Blumenstiel generally expects a 2 year term, but will consider applications for a 1 year term on a case-by-case basis.

EXTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS:

Judge Blumenstiel has filled all available externships for Summer 2013.  She will accept externship applications for Summer 2014 from January 1 - March 1, 2014.  Applications should include a brief cover letter, current resume and 2-3 references.  Externship applications received prior to January 1, 2014 or after March 1, 2014 will not be considered.
