NOTICE OF UNAVAILABILITY Judge Jaroslovsky will be out of the district from May 19 through June 3, 2008, and may be unavailable to handle some emergency matters. If an emergency arises, counsel should first contact Dawn (707 525-0386) or Tara (707 525-8728) to confirm that Judge Jaroslovsky will not be able to handle the matter. If Judge Jaroslovsky is unavailable, the matter may be brought before Judge Newsome in Oakland or any other judge of the district who may be available.
