As stated on the record at the June 10, 1999 confirmation hearing in the above-captioned case and upon the consent of counsel in open court, Tracy L. Williams, Esq., is hereby suspended from the practice of bankruptcy law in the Northern District of California. This suspension shall remain in effect until set aside by a judge of this court pursuant to application and a showing of good cause.
In addition, this court hereby orders that Ms. Williams refund $1,460 in fees to her client Trazena M. Jones. Ms. Williams is to provide evidence of payment to the court within 30 days of the date of this order or this matter will be referred to the United States Attorney.
