Attorney Joseph Thornhill having been ordered to appear regarding his failure to comply with
the court's status conference order in this case, and having failed to appear as ordered,
THE COURT FINDS that said attorney is in contempt of court due to his violation of the status
conference order and his violation of the order to show cause.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said attorney shall pay a fine of $750.00 to the Clerk of
the Court; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that said attorney may not appear in any bankruptcy court in the
Northern District of California until said fine is paid.
