Order for the Reassignment of Cases

NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
ORDER FOR THE REASSIGNMENT OF CASES 
M. Elaine Hammond has been appointed as a successor bankruptcy judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, Oakland Division. All Oakland Division bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings which are currently assigned to the Honorable Edward D. Jellen will be reassigned to the Honorable M. Elaine Hammond effective February 2, 2012. All hearings scheduled for Judge M. Elaine Hammond will be conducted in courtroom 215 and shall be noticed for that location.
