AMENDED ORDER RE: DISBARMENT



On October 8, 1997 a hearing was held in the above-captioned case on an order to show cause why Patricia E. Shields, ttorney for plaintiff, should not be suspended or disbarred from the practice of law in the United States District Court and/or United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. No appearances were made. In accordance with the record established at the October 8, 1997 hearing, Patricia E. Shields is hereby disbarred from practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California for failure to meet the standards for professional conduct.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
