Following are Judge Hammond’s requirements for submission of Chambers Copies of documents filed through the court’s Electronic Case Filing (“ECF”) system:
1. All motions for which a hearing is scheduled: Chambers copies are required where the page count of all documents, including any exhibits and proofs of service, exceeds ten (10) pages. This includes motions for relief from the automatic stay.
2. Requests for relief without hearing: Chambers copies are not required, regardless of length.
3. All Chapters: Chambers copies are not required of petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, statements of financial affairs, and similar documents filed at the onset of the case.
4. Adversary Proceedings: Chambers copies are required of all filed documents where the page count of all documents, including any exhibits and proofs of service, exceeds ten (10) pages. This includes a complaint, answer, counterclaim, etc.
All courtesy copies are to be submitted to the court to the attention of Judge Hammond's Courtroom Deputy and marked “Chambers Copy.” It is not necessary to provide a printed copy of the ECF receipt confirming the filing of the original document.
