Revised San Francisco Division Chapter 13 Calendar Procedures - Effective October 2012 [1]: The revised procedures reflect changes to the Court Calendar Hearings: The Chapter 13 Pre Confirmation Motion to Dismiss and Chapter 13 Contested Matter Calendars will be combined and set at 9:40 a.m., for Judge Carlson and 1:40 p.m., for Judge Montali. The Post Confirmation Motion to Dismiss Calendar will remain at the same time: 9:30 a.m. for Judge Carlson and 1:30 p.m. for Judge Montali. Court matters will be grouped by attorney per each time slot.
