Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6), the debtor is required to pay a quarterly fee to the United States Trustee for all chapter 11 cases until the case is converted or dismissed, whichever occurs first. The Chapter 11 fee schedule, effective January 1, 2008, is as follows:

The fee is due on the last day of the calendar month following the calendar quarter for which the fee is owed, starting with the quarter in which the case commenced. Interest will be charged on unpaid quarterly fees, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3717. The first quarterly payment to the United States Trustee is due by the end of April 2008.
