Below are the instructions regarding how to docket the Stipulation to Appoint Resolution Advocate in CM/ECF. Professionals who do not have a CM/ECF password and login must submit the original copy of this form to the BDRP Staff Administrator at 235 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94104. • Click the Bankruptcy or Adversary hyperlink on the CM/ECF main menu.

• Enter the Case Number, click [Next].

• Select the party, click [Next].
• Click [Next].

• Enter the name of the resolution advocate at the prompt, Please enter the name of the designated resolution advocate.
• At the prompt, Please select a matter type, select a type of matter from the drop down menu, click [Next].
