DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS IN CHAPTER 13 CASES

1. Attorney's fees in the amount determined to be appropriate pursuant to the Guidelines for Payment of Attorney's Fees in Chapter 13 Cases for the San Jose Division, less any amount received pre-filing as a retainer.

2. Once attorney's fees are fully paid, to secured creditors, on a pro rata basis, based on the
amount of allowed secured claims.

3. To priority unsecured creditors, in the order prescribed by the Bankruptcy Code.

4. To general unsecured creditors.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
