Changes to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Official Bankruptcy Forms

Several Bankruptcy Rule changes will go into effect December 1, 2010. These include modifications to Bankruptcy Rules, 1007, 1014, 1015, 1018, 1019, 4001, 4004, 5009 , 5012, 7001 and 9001.
