Effective February 13, all Motions for Relief from Stay in Chapter 13 cases will be heard on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. This procedure pertains to Bankruptcy Judge Honorable Roger L. Efremsky's court only.

Parties may arrange to appear via telephone by contacting Court Conference. Attorneys will no longer be required to submit the Order Setting Telephonic Hearing form.
