Docketing the ADR Certification Form

Below are the instructions regarding how to docket the ADR Certification Form in CM/ECF. Professionals who do not have a CM/ECF password and login must submit the original copy of this form to the BDRP Staff Administrator at 235 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94104. A sample blank copy of the ADR Certification can be found under the Forms link on our website.. Prior to docketing the ADR Certification Form, both the Stipulation and Order appointing a Resolution Advocate must be on the docket.

• Click the Bankruptcy or Adversary hyperlink on the CM/ECF main menu.

• Click the BDRP hyperlink.

• Enter the Case Number, click [Next].

• Select ADR Certification Form, click [Next].

• Select the party, click [Next].

• Associate the PDF file of the ADR Certification Form, click [Next].

• Be sure the box is checked next to the appropriate Order Appointing Resolution Advocate, on the Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates screen, click [Next].

• Review and edit the docket text if necessary, click [Next].
