Model Chapter 13 Plan - for cases filed before 10/17/2005
The Oakland division has adopted a revised form of the Model Chapter 13 Plan as authorized by B.L.R. 1007-1. The below form in, Word, WordPerfect and Acrobat formats, must be used for all plans or amended plans in cases filed before October 17, 2005.
Please note that the certification following the text of the plan must be signed regardless of whether hard copies of these files are used or the text is separately generated by word processing or another method. The footer identifying the division form and date should be included. Model Chapter 13 Plans are also available for cases filed on or after October 17, 2005. Please select the Plan from the division where your case is filed. |
