| This notice is posted to inform you that Todd Holvick, one of Judge Tchaikovsky’s law clerks, has a conflict of interest with the firm Gordon and Reese, LLP. In order to avoid any actual or potential conflict of interest, Todd Holvick will be unable to work on any matter involving any Gordon and Reese attorney. Please refer all calls, correspondence, and other paperwork involving Gordon and Reese to Judge Tchaikovsky’s other law clerk, Natalie Lents, or to other Bankruptcy Court staff. |
