| DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN CHAPTER 13 CASES |

In all Chapter 13 cases assigned to the undersigned Judge, disbursement of funds
shall be in the following order: |
| 1. |
To creditors specified in the plan to receive adequate protection payments in the
amounts specified in the plan as adequate protection. |
| 2. |
After disbursement for adequate protection payments, funds shall be disbursed in
the order prescribed by the Bankruptcy Code. |
