| In all cases filed on or after April 1, 2009, disbursement of funds shall be in the following order: |
| 1. To creditors specified in the plan to receive adequate protection payments in the amounts specified in the plan as adequate protection. |
| 2. After disbursement for adequate protection payments, funds shall be disbursed in the order prescribed by the Bankruptcy Code. |
