ORDER FOR THE REASSIGNMENT OF CASES
Upon the retirement of the undersigned judge and the appointment of Charles Novack as
successor bankruptcy judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of
California, San Jose Division, all bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings assigned to the
undersigned judge are hereby reassigned to the Honorable Charles Novack effective May 13, 2010.
All matters that are currently scheduled for hearing before Judge Morgan on or after May 13,2010 will be heard by Judge Novack in Courtroom 3070, except for those chapter 13 matters that are scheduled forhearing in The Quadrangle, 1000 S. Main Street, Room 214, Salinas, California.
