ORDER RE: MOTION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING THAT NO STAY IS IN EFFECT

To obtain an order confirming that no stay is in effect pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(4)(A)(i), a party must notice a motion in accordance with B.L.R. 4001-1.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
