The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California cordially invites bankruptcy practitioners to attend the portrait dedication ceremony of Retired Bankruptcy Judge Alan Jaroslovsky on Monday, March 11, in the Santa Rosa courthouse. The ceremony will occur immediately after Judge Efremsky’s 11:00 AM calendar. Light refreshments will be served. Court Operations Remain Open during the Government Shutdown
Court operations will not be affected, including matters set for hearing and public hours during the government shutdown. The court's case management system (CM/ECF) and PACER, will remain available as well.
Federal Holiday - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, January 21st, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Santa Rosa Division CLOSED on January 16, 2019
Due to PG&E electrical work and the GSA closure of the federal building annex, the Santa Rosa Division will be closed on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. If you must file a document please go to either the Oakland office at 1300 Clay Street, 3rd Floor, Oakland, CA 94612 or the San Francisco office at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 18th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102. Both offices are open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Federal Holiday - December 24 and 25, 2018
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25. Parties may still file documents electronically, as all electronic services including CM/ECF, ePOC, PACER, and VCIS are available.

The Northern District of California will be OPEN on December 5, 2018
The Court will remain open and all scheduled hearings and trials will go forward. Any deadlines will be applicable.
