Judge Hammond's Calendar

All cases assigned to Judge M. Elaine Hammond, have been temporarily reassigned to Chief Judge Stephen L. Johnson, subject to further order of the Court.

Matters presently scheduled for hearing before Judge Hammond in such a transferred case or adversary proceeding will need to be re-noticed to another calendared date. Counsel wishing to set matters for hearing in a reassigned case or adversary proceeding should use the procedures of the successor judge. Counsel should contact the assigned successor judge's courtroom deputy with any questions.
