Unless ordered otherwise, digital audio recordings of all court proceedings, with the exception of Judge Blumenstiel’s Salinas Uncontested Confirmation Calendar, are available to the public through the Case Management Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System.  Non-registered ECF users may register for a Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) account to access the audio. Please view the Pacer Service Center website for more information.
