ADR Style:
Litigation is an expensive and difficult experience. My goal is to assist parties in coming to a resolution. In doing so my style varies based upon what I perceive the parties need. That can be through joint or separate caucuses, or facilitative and collaborative meetings. I also serve on the U.S. District Court Alternative Resolution Panel where I have expanded my experience and techniques with a wide range of litigation matters.
