Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER)

PACER allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts and from the U.S. Party/Case Index. It offers an inexpensive, fast and comprehensive case information system to any individual with a personal computer (PC) and Internet access. What You Need
You will need the following equipment and software for PACER: A personal computer or terminal Internet access Javascript enabled web browser

To register, users must go to the PACER Service Center, click on the Register for PACER button and complete the online application. Please note, a valid e-mail address must be provided at the time of registration. If the user provides credit card information at the time of registration, an account will be established immediately. The user will receive an e-mail notification containing a link to the PACER Service Center website that will provide a login and password.
