Prospective Committee members should review the requirements and selection criteria of General Order No. 15. Trustees and employees of the U.S. Trustee are eligible to apply. Please join us for a discussion of practices and procedures and judges’ inclinations to be conducted after the conclusion of the Court’s calendar in McKinleyville on June 7, 2019.
It is currently estimated that the discussion will commence shortly after 10:00 a.m. and last for approximately one hour, and will be conducted in the same manner as such get-togethers were frequently conducted by the esteemed and honorable Judge Jaroslovsky. Among other topics, Judge Lafferty expects to lead a discussion concerning bankruptcy cases with connections to the cannabis industry.
You are free to appear personally or to sign up through court call shortly after 10:00 a.m.
Effective April 29, 2019, the Court has migrated from CM/ECF version 5.1.4 to 5.2. This release was primarily applied in order to strengthen our system's integrity and security, and the public should not see any direct changes to our program.
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day.
Effective Saturday, May 18, 2019, CM/ECF will be temporarily unavailable from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for standardize maintenance. CM/ECF should resume operations after 10:00 PM.
