adopted a new Chapter 13 Plan


New Internal Procedures

for Processing Adversary Proceedings and Involuntary Cases and Related CM/ECF Event Modifications

The Court will implement new internal procedures for processing adversary proceedings and involuntary cases effective October 30, 2017.  Changes to CM/ECF events related to these procedures, as well as other event modifications, are posted at http://www.canb.uscourts.gov/ecf/new-in-ecf.  Highlighted in particular for your attention are that "Status Conference" will be referred to as "Scheduling Conference," and plaintiffs will be able to specify which among multiple defendants are to be voluntarily dismissed from an adversary proceeding.  Trustees:  Please note that several events related to the Final Report or Account, Interim Report, and the Order Discharging Trustee will be modified.

CM/ECF Unavailable on Friday, December 1, 2017, from 12AM to 2AM

In order to implement the necessary changes to comply with the December 1, 2017, Rule Changes and General Orders 34 and 35, CM/ECF will be unavailable on Friday, December 1, 2017, from 12 AM to 2 AM to install system modifications.

Federal Holiday - Christmas Day

All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, December 25th, in observance of Christmas Day.

CM/ECF Event Modifications Effective December 1, 2017

The Court will implement new CM/ECF event modifications related to the new form Chapter 13 plan effective for cases filed or converted on or after December 1, 2017.  The event modifications are posted at http://www.canb.uscourts.gov/ecf/new-in-ecf.
