Notice of Proposed Revisions to the Bankruptcy Local Rules
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Court is considering changes to Bankruptcy Local Rules 1001-2, 1002-1, 1005-1, 1017-1, 1017-2, 3017-1, 5005-1, 8003-1, 9013-3, 9014-1, 9022-1, 9040-3, 9042-2 and the addition of NEW Bankruptcy Local Rules 2002-2 and 2016-1. A PDF of the proposed changes is below. Comments regarding any of the proposed changes may be submitted by emailing ron_mastroianni@canb.uscourts.gov by July 26, 2019.

NEW Guidelines for Chapter 11 Cases, Effective June 1, 2019
Effective June 1, 2019, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California adopts the below Guidelines for Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases regarding filing first day motions and voluntary dismissal.
