Procurement Solicitation - Courtroom Furniture
The US Bankruptcy Court, NDCA (The Court) is soliciting vendors to provide “SMART” counsel tables and lecterns for the courtrooms in the San Jose division.
Vendors interested in receiving a solicitation packet detailing the Court’s requirements should send an email to:

All requests for the solicitation packet must be received by COB Friday, Aug 3 2018.

Attorney Change of Address
Effective June 5, 2018, to change an address on an ECF account an attorney must submit a completed Request to Change Attorney Address in CM/ECF form to the Help Desk. This requirement is in addition to compliance with Civil Local Rule 3.11 (as incorporated by Bankruptcy Local Rule 1001-2(a)).
