NEW Release of the ChapMobile App
The Court is pleased to announce the release of a new application, ChapMobile!
ChapMobile is a free application that is available to download at your local app store, and is compatible with any mobile device.
With the ChapMobile App, you have direct access to:
View Judges' and 341 Meetings' calendars
Search hearings by case name or number
View court locations and contact information
Create your own favorite list of attorneys to follow and quickly view upcoming hearings
Navigate to other Bankruptcy Court’s calendars

Once downloaded, the ChapMobile Icon will appear on your mobile device and will carry a court seal.

Federal Holiday - December 24 and 25, 2018
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25. Parties may still file documents electronically, as all electronic services including CM/ECF, ePOC, PACER, and VCIS are available.

The San Jose Division has new procedures for appearances by telephone.

The Northern District of California will be OPEN on December 5, 2018
The Court will remain open and all scheduled hearings and trials will go forward. Any deadlines will be applicable.
Federal Holiday - Thanksgiving
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on November 22nd and 23rd, in observance of Thanksgiving.
