Federal Holiday - Veterans Day

All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, November 12th, in observance of Veterans Day.

Effective September 17, 2018, the Clerk’s Office will no longer accept cash.

The Court will only accept a money order or a cashier’s check made payable to “Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.”  Please note, from a non-debtor the Clerk will accept a business check or a credit card.  Personal checks are not accepted.
