Federal Holiday - Thanksgiving

All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on November 23rd and 24th, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Federal Holiday - Veterans Day

All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Friday, November 10th, in observance of Veterans Day.

Change of United States Postal Service (USPS) Mailing Address for the Oakland Division

Effective immediately, the Oakland Division's USPS mailing address is:

United States Bankruptcy Court
1300 Clay Street, Suite 300
Oakland, CA 94612

The Oakland Division will keep its current mailing address (P.O. Box 2070) until September 30, 2017. At which time, mail be forwarded to the above address (1300 Clay Street).

CM/ECF will be unavailable on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, from 5 PM to 8 PM to install system upgrades.
