Pursuant to the September 2006 Judicial Conference policy regarding privately funded seminars, federal judges and privately funded program providers must disclose financial and programmatic information of attendance at educational programs. The Seminar Disclosure report will be available to the public beginning January 2, 2007. The disclosure report will include the following information:
