Judges' Disclosure Reports regarding Privately Funded Seminar

Pursuant to the September 2006 Judicial Conference policy regarding privately funded seminars, federal judges and privately funded program providers must disclose financial and programmatic information of attendance at educational programs. The Seminar Disclosure report will be available to the public beginning January 2, 2007. The disclosure report will include the following information:

• • individual judges reports of attendance at privately funded seminars
  • the name of the program provider(s);
  • the name or title of the program;
  • the dates and location of the program;
  • the various presentation topics and the speakers expected respectively to address each topic; and
  • all the program provider's source(s) of support, financial or otherwise.

The report will include information up to three years. The information will be cyclically removed at the end of each three-year period. For more information, please see the Judicial Conference Policy on Judges' Attendance at Privately Funded Educational Programs.
