Trustee Services Rendered Pursuant to 330(e).

This new event should be filed by the trustee to certify that the trustee has performed the duties necessary to be eligible to receive payment for services rendered for chapter 7 cases for which they are assigned.

1. Event is located under the Bankruptcy ->Trustee/US Trustee.
2. Trustee must be selected as the party filer.
3. Case must be an original, current, or previous chapter 7 case.
4. Trustee must select from the list the reason for filing this event.
5. The event assigns a document number but user is not prompted to upload a PDF.
6. Trustee is required to link to the previously filed entry that relates to the reason selected for the filing.
7. Finance staff will receive email notification of this filing.

Trustee Payment Under 11 U.S.C. 330(e) Processed.

This new event should be used specifically for court staff to indicate that the trustee payment has been processed.

1. Event is located under the Bankruptcy -> Court Event.
2. Logic has been included to ensure that the Trustee Services Rendered event has been filed on the case. If not filed previously on the case, the filer cannot continue with the entry.
3. Logic has been included to ensure that the Trustee Payment Processed event has not already been filed on the case OR if the WTRSVREND flag is set on the case. If either condition exists, the filer cannot continue with the entry.
4. The event assigns a document number but user is not prompted to upload a PDF.
5. Court user is prompted to include the voucher number. A default value of $60 is provided and can be edited.

Withdrawal of Trustee Services Rendered.

This new event should be used by the trustee to file a withdrawal of the Trustee Services Rendered event.

1. Event is located under the Bankruptcy -> Trustee/US Trustee.
2. Logic has been included to verify that a Trustee Payment Processed event has been filed on the case. If a trustee payment has been filed, the filer cannot continue with the entry.
3. The event assigns a document number but user is not prompted to upload a PDF.
4. This event requires the trustee to link to the previously filed Trustee Services Rendered event.
5. The trustee is reminded to select the Trustee Services Rendered event for termination.
6. The trustee is required to enter the reason for the withdrawal in an open prompt. Reason entered appears in the final docket text.
7. The event silently sets a WTRSVREND flag.
8. Finance staff will receive email notification of this filing.
