The document option, include header when displaying PDF documents will be changed to include footers when displaying PDF documents.

New ePoc version upgrade

ePOC will be upgraded to version 7.0.

Final Rept/Acct-Asset event under the TFR/TDR menu

The event has been modified to prompt user to enter the amount of outstanding adversary filing fee owe to the court. The information entered by the user will reflect in the docket text.

This new event will be used specifically for chapter 11 non-small business debtors and is located under the Miscellaneous menu. A message will display to direct chapter 11 small business or non-chapter 11 debtors to docket Operating Report or Small Business Operating Report event. A prompt has been included to ask the user if the case is jointly administered. If the case is jointly administered, the user is asked if this report is being filed for the lead case. If not being filed for the lead case, the user is asked to enter the member case number and month ending date, which will both appear in the final docket text.

The event has been modified to display a message to direct Chapter 11 non-small business debtors to docket the Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Report or Chapter 11 Post-Confirmation Report event; and to direct chapter 11 small business debtors to docket the Small Business Monthly Operating Report event.
