Submit copies of the following documents to the clerk’s office to the attention of Courtroom Deputy Anna Lee at the San Jose Courthouse.

Main Cases Papers in All Chapters:

Motions or responsive pleadings (counting all supporting documents such as declarations and exhibits) that exceed 100 pages. If there are more than 10 exhibits exceeding 50 pages in total, they must be tabbed.

In Adversary Proceedings:

Dispositive motions and responsive pleadings, including supporting documents and exhibits, regardless of length.

Trial Exhibits:

Exhibits should be submitted to the clerk’s office to the attention of Courtroom Deputy Anna Lee in paper form unless the court has ordered otherwise in connection with the Trial Scheduling Order. Trial exhibits must be placed in a binder, tabbed, and with a table of contents.
