The revised procedures set September 30, 2015 as a deadline for the bar to begin including the appropriate schedule for filing papers as set forth in B.L.R. 9014-1(c)(1) & (2) in all hearing notices, after which time her chambers will begin vacating hearings and ordering corrected notices.
